This is called Dumbbell Nebula, known as M27.

This is the LXD55 with guide scope on top. The guide scope has a modified web cam
( sc1.5) which gives feedback to the PC. The PC takes the image and detects if there
are any iamge dift, if so it sends corrections to the main telescope controller. This
helps in long exposures. The main imaging camera is a Canon Rebel XT, the filter was
removed and replaced with clear quartz window, giving graeter detection in the red color.

( Most of the work done here was done by using a Canon Digital Rebel XT and a 8" Meade LXD55 for imaging equipment. )
